The investor ICOM NS limited
company from Čapljina is a contractor of the housing project
in a tourist city of Neum, Bosnia and Herzegovina. There
are seven buildings with a garage, ground floor plus two
floors with 63 flats and 130 underground parking places
all together. The high quality materials such as thermal
roofing-tile, Italian ceramics, high quality facade were
used during construction. Every building has elevators
connected to the underground garage, and every flat or
balcony has the view of the sea.

was bought, and the plan is to build three more accommodation
units connected to the existing units and garage space.
